Flooring Assessment
Our flooring assessment is our comprehensive floor covering evaluation report that we prepare for you, which acts as your longevity and replacement priority plan. The assessment tool covers the quantity and type of existing floor coverings in use, its present condition and it provides budgets for long-term bond and building programs. Our goal with with this tool is to provide an objective view of the exiting conditions, point out critical conditions that need immediate attention and layout a logical “roadmap” for the future replacement of your flooring coverings.

Flooring Selection
Our sales consultants are specially trained to meet the unique needs of our education customers. This expert team has been thoroughly trained on the entire line of specialized flooring products that we represent. From Powerbond® hybrid resilient sheet flooring to MONDO® Contract and MONDO® Sport, our team comes equipped with the knowledge needed to guide our clients through the entire product selection process.

Flooring Installation
Our flooring installers are highly skilled installation technicians who are certified to install the many specialized flooring products Beresford represents, including, Powerbond® hybrid resilient sheet flooring and MONDO® Contract and MONDO® Sport products. Our installers have been individually trained by each of our manufacturing partners to ensure exacting installation standards and techniques are employed.

Flooring Maintenance
Our maintenance process begins immediately after installation with a careful analysis of the maintenance and equipment needs for each project. Our team conducts detailed maintenance demonstrations to ensure that the proper chemicals and equipment are properly utilized. In addition, our team will also assist in the selection process of both in-house and outsourced maintenance staff.
