MVER Testing Not Required for Powerbond® Cushion
Powerbond® Cushion installations utilizing Tarkett’s #54 Seam Weld or C-XL Water Based Seam Sealer do not require moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) testing or relative humidity (RH) testing, provided no free standing liquids are present and no moisture stained concrete is evident.
